Undefined Love
They say you glow differently once you have someone that is taking care of your heart, That you indulge and reminisce in memories that was collected from the start, That your smile is pure and your effervescent personality is unleashed, But for me no, that’s a level of love that I’ve never reached.
Being independent, strong and positive is all that I know at this age, The only validation that you need is the one within yourself and this mindset allows me to turn the page, That the pain I feel today will be tomorrows strength, To embrace the madness of the world, ignite kindness everywhere I go and to live my life to the extreme length.
Nothing ever goes away until it teaches you what you need to know, That means trusting your path even if all you feel is pain and sorrow, And sometimes that means going through an abundant amount of vigorous tussles, It’s no one’s fault for how we feel, but let’s be honest everyone at some point needs closure after the late night hustles.
I’d hate to risk breaking my heart which is my darkest fear, Giving it my all is my coping mechanism even if it means shedding the slightest tear, But none the less, taking risks is what makes us grow, We may cry, but even so, We need to try and never give up, however the decision is up to you, Nobody wants to be shoved nor feel unloved, but just remember a person’s effort is a reflection of their interest in you.
