Sweet Fragrance had an amazing 3 weeks with the grade 11 girls at Mount View High School. The girls interacted very well and enjoyed every moment of their time spent with us. Although, they face many challenges on a daily basis they participated well during the programme and learned practical tools which may assist them on a personal level. Special thanks to Mrs Mayor for organising the girls. You a wonderful Principal who deeply cares about the well-being of your students.

On the 19th of February Sweet Fragrance hosted their 4th workshop for the year in Sarepta through Jozeen Dreyer. The topics for the workshop were: how one's Pain can ignite one's Passions and passions lead to Purpose. The ladies had such amazing time where they even had to do role play to illustrate Passion.
TAFELSIG ,MITCHELLS PLAIN WORKSHOP - 17TH FEBRUARY 2022
On the 17th of February Sweet Fragrance hosted their 3rd workshop for the year in Tafelsig, Mitchell's Plain through Joanie Fredericks. The ladies were very vulnerable and the session taught them alot about healing of the inner-self. We will be back soon in Tafelsig for sesion 2.

On the 12th of February Sweet Fragrance hosted their 2nd Workshop for the year in Tafelsig, Mitchell's Plain through Mosadie Gives Back NPO. The women in attendance opened up about their challenges and did an Identity Check that morning. A morning filled with motivation to become better version's of ourselves.
Sisters Incorporated Workshop - 1OTH February 2022
On the 10th of February Sweet Fragrance hosted their 1st workshop for the year at Sister Incorporated Women's Shelter. The topics covered were Identity, Decision Making, Values and Choices. The ladies participated well throughout the morning. They shared their struggles with tears and how they currently working on themselves. Sweet Fragrance can't wait to go back for part 2. CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PARTY, SCHAAPSKRAAL - 15TH DECEMBER2022
On the 15th of December 2022, Sweet Fragrance hosted their second Christmas Party in Schaapskraal. The day was filled with dancing, games and some yummy foods. Thank you to Muriel Volkwyn for always going out an extra mile for us. We will definitely be back again in the near future. Lastly thanks to everyone involved we appreciate your generosity.
BELHAR WORKSHOP - 12TH JUNE 2021
On the 12th of June 2021, Sweet Fragrance hosted a workshop in Belhar. The morning started with an ice-breaker where the ladies danced and had fun engaging with each other. This was followed by Session 1 based on Identity which was quite intimate and heartfelt for many of the ladies who gathered that morning. The session caused them to reflect and think about many things: Who do they believe they are? This was followed by Session 2 based on Choices, Values and Decision-making. This got some ladies really thinking about where they are in their lives and what possibly needs to change to better themselves. We missed being in the community and this was such a special morning shared. Certainly not the last with this special bunch of women.
SAREPTA WORSKHOP - 27 MARCH 2021
On Saturday the 27th March Sweet Fragrance hosted their first Workshop for the year in Sarepta. The ladies were so expectant and interacted well throughout the workshop. There was 3 sessions in total based on Identity, Values and Choices and Women Dignity. We on to the next Workshop in another community keep watching this space.
Mitchells Plain Workshop - 22 FEBRUARY 2020
Last week Saturday, Sweet fragrance hosted a workshop in Tafelsig, Mitchell's Plain. What an amazing day we had with these group of ladies. There was fitness, empowered sessions and many more.
ST ANNE’S HOME - 2019
On the 15th and 16th August 2019 Sweet Fragrance hosted a 2-day workshop at St Anne's Homes. The workshop was based on Identity and how fundamental it is to know "Who I Am" as a women. The workshop was a great success due to the feedback we received from the ladies at the home. Fitness and wellness was also enjoyed by the ladies. As we explained to them how important fitness is to stimulate not only the mind but the body as a whole. Remember ladies it's body, mind and soul. Children's Christmas Party, Schaapkraal - 2018
Children’s Christmas Party: On Wednesday, 21 November 2018, Sweet Fragrance partnered with Old Mutual Share and Care Project to host a Christmas Party for the less fortunate children of Schaapkraal.
Sweet Fragrance's September Woman of the Month, Muriel Volkwyn, feeds about 500 less fortunate children on a weekly basis. Sweet Fragrance was extremely thankful that they could invest into her ministry ‘Immanuel Sowers and Reapers’.
Sweet Fragrance's vision behind Woman of the Month is not to just honour these respective women for the difference they are making in their communities but to also partner with them and others so that their needs are consistently met.
The next generation is in need of genuine love and care for their well-being. Spending the day with the kids of Schaapkraal was deeply moving and eye-opening. It is of utmost importance to invest in the lives of children beyond our direct influence. To see their faces light up with joy to receive “foam bubbles” or a simple party packet shows the greater needs of each kid beyond the immediate.
