The Undoing was a spectacular weekend away. Women gathered for a memorable and impactful weekend. Where women got to discover who they are on a deeper level. The weekend was filled with workshops, fellowship, fitness, new found friendships and much more.
Still Standing, June 2018
At the Still Standing women's retreat, workshops were based on the question "What posture do you choose to uphold"? Women worked through material that looked at good postures and bad postures in life. And were challenged to work on good postures in life that assists in standing strong.

PAIN - PASSION - PURPOSE
The weekend of the 29th March 2019, is one that will never be forgotten by all those in attendance. Right from the outset on the Friday evening, there was pain, passion and purpose felt in the atmosphere. Ladies, came expectant and were vulnerable right from the start. Connections were made on a deeper level and ladies shared about their, pain, gifts, dreams and purposes. It was truly a weekend like no other. It was real and authentic in every way. Ladies, walked away knowing their purpose is Written in Stone and the choice to propel towards it, is totally up to them.
THE INVISIBLE HEART- GOING DEEPER - JULY 2019
The Invisible Heart - what a remarkable women's retreat was had in Jonkershoek, Stellenbosch.
On the Friday evening there was already great connection between women who only met each other for the first time. The Saturday we went on a journey of discovery as to what the Invisible Heart is and even deeper into how it impacts our identity and everyday life. The Sunday the ladies did group presentations which showed their understanding of the weekend's workshops. Leaving with a refreshed and renewed Invisible Heart.
